Description

To reproduce: download nontrivial dataset (around 10 MB is enough for my computer)
start validation
wait for "Starting Tag checker (MapCSS based)"
use cancel
wait multiple minutes for lack of any change (expected: validation will be cancelled immediately)

In 8829/josm:

fix #10134 - Validator: allow to cancel validation tests

This especially applies to Tag checker (MapCSS based).
