undelete falsely reports redacted object

When trying to undelete way 24562557 JOSM gives the message that the way cannot be undeleted; the object most likely got redacted.
This is only partly true: the first eight versions of the way are hidden because of redaction, but the following seven are not: ​https://www.osm.org/way/24562557

Stumbled again over this issue with ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/513104153

Just had the same thing happen to me as well. Versions 1, 6, 7, 8 are all safe (including v9 since it was the 'deleted' one) for Node 113983539, thus, the node should have been able to be undeleted without any problems since the redacted versions of it are well in the past. Also led me to 2, yes, 2 NPE's. 1 in the mapmode.DrawAction (#11759), and 1 in the utilsplugin2 plugin's 'replacegeometry' (#11760).
