socket proxy asks everytime for user credentials

Description

I running a tor client and want JOSM to load its data over my local tor socket proxy. Before any networt request, JOSM asks me for user credentials. Doesn't matter, if I save the blank user and blank password or not.

Set your email in Preferences
Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
