Description
Could place=farm
be included in the presets and also have it's own style, please?
It's the eleventh most used value (18268) for place
according to taginfo:
http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/place#values
It's also rendered with, at least, the default OSM map style.

I see it different: place=farm
can be an area that has some landuses=meadow|farmland|farmyard|orchard|etc
inside or composing it.
It can be compared to a place=city
with its different landuses=residential|commercial|industrial
, building=*
, etc

Summary: | Include place=farm in preset and style → [patch] Include place=farm in preset and style |
As place=farm
is misused quite a lot, I believe we should add a label to the preset. Please find attached patch which adds two lines.
Wonder if this fits under
place=*
.If I want to name a farm I can name the
landuse=farmyard
polygon or thebuilding=farm
polygon withaddr:housename=*
.A farm with an own name but not an isolated_dwelling is not a place in my understanding of
place=*
.
