[PATCH] make open dialog use the details view

This patch adds a property named use.details.view.file.dialog. By default it is set to false so that the open dialog (CTRL+O) uses the default view. If you set this to true in your settings, the open dialog shows the files in the details view by default.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Don-vip.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
