Add support for landuse=education

Do you have any nice icon (.svg) we can use?

As numbers of use are still low, it might be worth adding it to the external New Tags preset.

Why not use the icon for school, wich is already used for the menu presets -> amenity -> education ?

With the Proposal: ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Multiple_schools_on_one_ground landuse=school is also marked as deprecated. It would be nice to add a validator-warning too.

For icon I propose to use same icon than college and universities but use a neutral color (black & white), see attached proposal.

For low level usage it is the chicken and the egg problem: We all know that as soon as a tag is supported by an editor then its usage increase faster. I'm in favor of actively supporting approved tags.
