small fix

source:trunk/images/dialogs/mergedown.png Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+M

Merges the content of current active layer into another layer of the same kind.
If called from source:trunk/images/dialogs/layerlist.png Layer List Dialog the selected layer instead of the currently active one will be merged.

A dialog will open to choose a layer of same type to merge into.

Only applies for OSM data layers and GPX layers.
