Description
Track points should be circles, with the radius indicating the degree of accuracy that the GPS was reporting at that time. There should be a display priority too: show the most accurate points on top of the less-accurate ones.

The GPS accuracy is only an inner accuracy (and thus mainly a raw guess of real accuracy). Showing this values would lead people to assume certain characteristics which aren't really existing. Also your display of GPS dots would clutter the layer and would be very hard to understand.
