Screen shifts when node is placed on the map

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download area of interest
2. Click point on the map

What is the expected result?

Point is placed on the map or line is placed and the screen remains still. No movement without physically moving the map (i.e. the user moves the map)

What happens instead?

A point is placed and the map or screen pans in the direction of the placed point or line.
