Ant clean tasks not cleaning everyhing

Description

I've ran ant test and noticed a few scattered files created. Then tried to clean up with ant clean test-clean but it seems they remain there even after cleanup:

test_BLOCK_v2.data
test_BLOCK_v2.key
failed.png

JOSM latest (r18788).

Or if we look at it differently, these files probably shouldn'be there. I mean in the content root.

I haven't inspected yet what's the root cause.
