Java WebStart issues a security warning due to self-signed digital signature

Description
It would be nice to sign this with a key recognized by a common trusted CA. Especially if this is to be more widely deployed (e.g. on openstreetmap.org).

As even openstreetmap.org does not have an "official" key, I do not think we gonna fix this. We had this discussion a while ago. Once the self-signed key is proper saved there should be no problems.
