(no bug) new 'create circle' algorithm doesn't create circles in rendered tiles

the new algorithm to create circle with ctrl-o doesn't create circles in the mapnik rendering - this was better (?) with the old algorithm. It creates circles in the standard view of josm, but shouldn't there better be circles in the rendered tiles? I think this is dedicated to the transformation of coordinates ... but I'm amateur with these things ;-)

i think this is my mistake - no bug; perhaps the standard projection of josm was changed during the last half year? Anyway - I think the algorithm works right and so I close this bug! (And once more thanks for the good work :-)
