Add new WMS/WMTS sources from imagenes.ign.gob.ar

Hi,
I got this error while adding new backgrounds sources to the Argentina's list: 'Submission rejected as potential spam. Maximum number of external links per post exceeded'.
We tried with other person account and happened again.
Is the Argentina's list blocked?

Did you by chance download the entry, modify it and reupload? The submission-diff contains nearly the whole site and that's too much URLs.

If this is the case please make sure that you do not chnage the line-ending.

If not please describe step-by-step how you modified the page.

At first try I copied all the text, edited it and paste again. Maybe that was the problem, later I tried adding only the new part (the new source) but the spam message appeared again.

Did you try with another browser or with cache cleared? Maybe it kept the previous state, so that you always resubmit the variant with modified line endings?

Yes, I tried in incognito mode, but I'll try with another browser.
Remember that in the issue I commented that we made other intent with another user account in other computer and was the same.

Not in this case. Your submission is reject because you have an URL score of 70. Do you try to change lots of URLs at once?

Simply do it in multiple passes, i.e. 5 URLs in one go only.

Hmm, these changes edit some metadata which should not be changed. The only relevant change is "wms" to "imagenes" in the WMS entry. As both URLs are ok, that change also is unneeded.

Sorry I copied wrong the first in the file, but both should point to imagenes.ign.gob.ar, that isn't actually in the list.
So the change is needed.
I'm attaching a corrected version.

I tried the new XML. This time again you modify a lot of fields like ID, name and so on which should not be changed without reason.

The only relevant change is this:

No, we want to Add a new WMS and WMTS from another GeoServer instance. The Nat. Geographic Institute has 2 GeoServer instances, one for vectorial data (this is already in the XML) and another for raster data. We want to add the last one, the GeoServer for raster data, without replacing anything because both GeoServer are publishing different layers, so please don't do that.

Scanned topographical charts, orthophotos and other maps are published by imagenes.ign.gob.ar while vector layers and Argentina's base map are published by wms.ign.gob.ar (which is already added).

wms.ign.gob.ar and imagenes.ign.gob.ar are different subdomains, pointing to different services.

I don't want to change 'metadata' of an existing background, I want to add a WMS and WMTS from a new background source.
