#17688 closed enhancement (fixed)

add "restore tag" to History key/value menu

Reported by: Polarbear-j Owned by: team
Priority: normal Milestone: 20.06
Component: Core Version: latest
Keywords: history, restore tag Cc:

Description

Currently the history window provides a menu on the list of tags to "copy value, copy selected key/value, copy all keys/values". This is fine, since a previous key can later be restored by "paste tags".

When reviewing a large number of changes, it would help to have a direct method to
"restore/revert selected tag", combining these two actions.

BTW, I just wonder with which key I can select _multiple_ lines in the tag history window?

Replying to simon04:

In 15769/josm:

see #17688 - TagInfoViewer: allow to select/copy multiple values

When you select single lines on the left with CTRL, these but also all between are selected on the right.
