1		As there was no clear consensus back in the days about number ~~pre~~fixes when iD invented this it was added as information instead of warning. See discussion in #12494. However since iD recently choose to [https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/2896#issuecomment-461068282 revert this behavior], I think it is fine to raise it to warning level now.

3	3	The problem that only one _# tag is marked as questionable key is because every mapcss rule is executed only once. When a match is found it doesn't check more tags of the same object but prints the warning. When you remove leisure_1 in your example and run the validator again you will get the warning for the next matching tag. You have to repeat these steps until all _# tags of this object are defeated ;)
