Can you check, if the apache-http plugin is installed in JOSM? The Mapillary plugin requires that other plugin, so JOSM normally installs it for you when the Mapillary plugin is installed.

If the apache-http plugin is installed and this error persists, try finding the file $JOSM_HOME/plugins/apache-http.jar and checking that file or attach it to this ticket and I'll investigate.
