    22> In any case, I ''think'' I've fixed the issue, but I am waiting on the test to actually complete (I didn't limit it to 3 imagery layers). It will probably finish in 30-80 minutes (full test runs on my home machine takes ~86 minutes).

    4 OK. It took 90 minutes (I think I may need to look into `@Timeout` if we want to decrease test run time, but we already allow it to take 40 minutes), but there is data in the `xml` file, and there is data in the `txt` file. The xml looks good (note: I ran it through `xmllint --format and edited for brevity`)
