I checked all the blue entries at ImageryCompare and for the following I was not able to download tiles (at two different days). It would be great if one or more could review and check if
- it is just a temporary problem
- we could find a newer url
- we can delete it as it is no longer available
Maybe also the users I added to cc could check the entries of "their" country/source?

I've corrected all addresses in Poland with exception of trail.pl. I'll need to further check on it.
